How to make your workshop great! 

For a successful event we ask that the workshop organiser provides:
- the venue suitable for at least 25 participants with chairs and tables and a projector screen
- a projector
- printed copies of the handout  (I think all of this needs to be elsewhere)

Material requirements:
  • a projector and second laptop in case of compatibility issues with the projector
  • a display table in proximity to a power point or suitable lead and powerboard
  • access to a whiteboard
  • handouts (double-sided in landscape).  We will provide these in.pdf the week before the event
Further suggestions to improve outcomes:
  • if the local library has any Save Power Kits to have them available for loan on the day
  • sign-in sheets, name tags and photos on the day all make our job easier and also provide Council with a record of what happened on the day
  • a follow-up after 6 months to better evaluate the effectiveness/outcomes of the workshop.
